Receipt Settings Tutorial

This guide explains how to customize your receipts, configure digital delivery options (WhatsApp, Email), and set up store details.


1. Accessing Receipt Settings

  1. Log in to your Admin account.
  2. If you are an owner with multiple branches, make sure you select a specific Branch using the top branch selector.
  3. On the sidebar menu, click on Settings and then Receipts.
  4. You will see the configuration form for the selected branch.

2. Basic Configuration

  1. Enable Receipts: Use the toggle at the top right to turn receipt generation on or off entirely.
  2. Store Details: Fill in the Store Name, Phone Number, and Store Address. These will be printed at the top of every receipt.
  3. Tax Configuration:
    • Enter your Dine-in Tax (%) and Takeaway Tax (%). These percentages are used specifically for the receipt calculations and displays.
  4. Custom Messages:
    • Add a Receipt Header Message (e.g., "Welcome to Kasir!") and a Receipt Footer Message (e.g., "Thank you for your visit, please come again!").

3. Advanced Delivery Settings

You can configure Kasir to automatically send digital receipts to your customers.

  1. In the Advanced Delivery Settings section, you have three options:
    • Auto Print: Automatically send the receipt to the connected thermal printer upon payment success.
    • Auto Email: Automatically email the receipt if the customer's email is captured.
    • Auto WhatsApp: Automatically send a digital receipt via WhatsApp.

4. WhatsApp API Integration

If you enabled Auto WhatsApp, you need to connect an API provider.

  1. Provider: Select your WhatsApp gateway (e.g., Fonnte API, Twilio, or Meta Cloud API).
  2. API Key / Token: Enter the secret token provided by your gateway.
  3. Sender Number: (Optional) Enter the registered WhatsApp number that will be sending the messages (e.g., 62812345678).
  4. After entering all details, click Save Changes.
