Customer Loyalty Program Tutorial
Retain your best customers and increase lifetime value using the Loyalty Program. This guide explains how to set up Membership Tiers and run Reward Campaigns.
1. Setting Up Membership Tiers
Membership Tiers determine how many points customers earn per transaction based on their lifetime accumulated points.
- Go to Settings > Loyalty Management in your Admin Dashboard.
- Ensure you are on the Membership Tiers tab (Trophy icon).
- If this is your first time, click Initialize Defaults to automatically create standard Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers.
- To add a custom tier, click + Add Tier:
- Tier Name: e.g., "Diamond" or "VIP".
- Point Multiplier: How many points they earn for every currency unit spent (e.g., 1.5x).
- Minimum Lifetime Points: The threshold required to enter this tier (e.g., 10,000 points).
- Click Save.
2. Running Reward Campaigns
Reward Campaigns are limited-time events where customers can earn extra points, such as "Double Points Weekend".
- Switch to the Reward Campaigns tab (Lightning icon).
- Click + New Campaign.
- Campaign Details:
- Name: e.g., "Weekend Double Points".
- Description: Details about the campaign.
- Multiplier: The bonus multiplier (e.g., 2.0x for double points).
- Start & End Dates: Schedule exactly when this campaign activates and expires.
- Ensure the Active Campaign switch is ON.
- Click Launch Campaign.
- During this period, the campaign multiplier will stack with the customer's base membership tier multiplier.
